1. Quotation Governance & RFQ Validity
Quotations generated through the ANAK RFQ Portal or issued directly by our commercial desk remain valid for a duration of 30 calendar days from the date of transmission, subject to sovereign raw polymer resin index adjustments (Platts/ICIS benchmark) where specifically stated.
2. Technical Tolerances & Quality Guarantee
All molded polymer dimensions adhere strictly to DIN 16742 Grade 4 standard industrial tolerances. ANAK ENGINEERING warrants all catalog products against raw material defects, environmental stress cracking, and static compressive failure for a standard period of 24 months from the invoice date under normal operating parameters.
